Olson & Price was founded in 2001 by Tom Olson and Kim Price. Since its inception Olson & Price has focused its practice exclusively in the area of construction law. Prior to founding Olson & Price, Tom Olson practiced construction law for 16 years, with large firms downtown Minneapolis before he started his own practice, Thomas R. Olson & Associates, in 1992. Kim practiced for two years before she began work at Thomas R. Olson & Associates in 1993.
