Josh has practiced exclusively in construction law since joining Olson & Price, Ltd. in February of 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he also worked in municipal law, real estate and business litigation. Josh focuses his practice on helping contractors manage ongoing change issues and enforce their contractual rights. He also supports clients working to complete projects while documenting and preserving their right to seek extra time or money for extra work. He has worked on construction issues throughout the region, including Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
