Noteworthy Experience

Represented non-DBE subcontractor in connection with successful challenge to the constitutionality of the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s DBE program. Represented a prime contractor and its surety against a supplier for extra costs incurred by prime due to supplier’s failure to perform contract in connection with a Texas project. Claim was favorably settled through mediation after a federal lawsuit was initiated.
