Explanation of Our Practice

At Olson & Price, Ltd., we proactively assist clients with project management, resource management, preparing project documentation, and prosecuting claims. One of our passions is educating our clients on how to address project changes. In construction, one thing is certain: changes on the project will occur. Changes may take many forms:

Subsequently, we help contractors document and respond to those changes early to situate the contractor to get the pay item. We proactively address construction management issues and assist our clients in reaching cooperative resolution before project completion.

• Help chart and document project conditions to establish the delay and its effects.
